If you are not completely satisfied with our services at any point during the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding domain registration, or setup fees.

• Setup fees are refundable if the account order is canceled prior to activation.
• Domain registration fees are refundable if the desired domain name is not available.

This policy does not apply to any additional services you may have contracted for during the first 30 days of your contract, such as, but not limited to, website development or customization services, resource overages, and custom site setup services. All cancellations must be received in writing in accordance with the deadlines indicated. Regular mail, e-mail (accounts@AcomHosting.com) and fax notifications are acceptable.
